Handle sensitive actions
Security controls should explain what happened and what the next safe action is.
When content is blocked
- Read the block message and identify the rule or policy category shown.
- Do not repeatedly send the same content or try to disguise it.
- Remove the sensitive detail or ask an authorized manager for a safe alternative.
- If the block looks incorrect, record the conversation and contact your administrator.
When approval is required
Some menus, pages, buttons, or high-risk operations may require temporary authorization. Submit the request through the visible approval flow with a clear business reason. A request is not permission until the approved state and validity are shown.
Your role controls normal access. A temporary authorization only applies to the specific controlled action and validity window shown by the system.
Review the record
Administrators can use the authorization center and risk logs to review the requester, reviewer, scope, decision, and time. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or secret keys in a reason or audit note.
For account and device controls, continue with Protect your account.
