COnnect Enterprise

Govern customer communication without losing customer context.

Bring customer conversations, employee access, follow-up work, and risk response into one operating system. Managers can see who owns each customer, who can access each resource, and what needs attention next.

Governance is visible by default Organization, permission, approval, customer ownership, and risk records work together so managers can control access without losing the customer context.

Built for the buying conversation

Start with the business problem, then map the right controls.

Use a focused rollout path for the teams, customers, and risks that matter most to your operation.

01 / Operations

Make customer ownership visible.

Give managers a shared view of owners, activity, tags, notes, and next actions.

02 / Governance

Set access boundaries that match the org.

Connect departments, roles, data scope, approval rules, and risk records.

03 / Rollout

Move from pilot to daily habits.

Start with one workflow, train the owners, and expand when the team is ready.

For the buying team

A clearer case for operations, security, and customer teams.

COnnect is useful when customer conversations have become business-critical, but ownership, access, and follow-up still depend on individual accounts.

Operations

Know where work is waiting.

See ownership, pending replies, customer context, and next actions in one operating view.

Security

Control access without blocking work.

Use organization scope, sensitive-word rules, approvals, and device controls for high-risk actions.

Customer teams

Keep service continuity during handoffs.

Move context, summaries, labels, and tasks with the customer instead of leaving them in one person's memory.

A practical rollout

Start with one workflow, then expand with evidence.

Use the current capabilities as a focused pilot. Confirm the operating model before adding more teams, channels, and policies.

  1. 01Pilot

Choose one customer-facing team and one workflow, such as Telegram pending replies or handoff control.

  2. 02Configure

Set organization scope, roles, channel accounts, sensitive-word rules, and approval boundaries.

  3. 03Expand

Review response visibility and governance evidence, then extend to more teams and customer journeys.

Procurement questions

What to clarify before a rollout conversation.

What is available today?

The current story centers on company Telegram governance, customer ownership, pending replies, handoffs, authorization, risk controls, customer context, tasks, and AI assistance across Admin Console, PC Web, and App. Some App and third-party edge cases still require environment-specific validation.

Is COnnect a replacement for Telegram?

No. COnnect adds the organization, ownership, permission, approval, and audit layer around customer communication. It should not be presented as a full replacement for the Telegram native client.

Can we begin with a limited team?

Yes. A focused pilot is the recommended starting point so the team can agree on ownership, response rules, and sensitive-action boundaries before expanding.

How do we discuss deployment and commercial terms?

Use the enterprise contact route for the current deployment options, scope, support expectations, and commercial discussion. The website does not publish unsupported pricing or compliance claims.

Governance system

Protect customer communication with clear people, data, and approval boundaries.

Enterprise Edition is not just about messaging. It connects organization structure, role access, customer ownership, security approval, and risk records so managers can govern daily communication with less blind spot.

01 / Organization boundary

Use departments, roles, and data scope to decide who can see which business data.

Build departments, employee profiles, job roles, supervisors, and data ranges in the admin console. Employees work inside their allowed scope, while managers can still review customer ownership and team responsibilities.

02 / Customer ownership

Make every customer trackable by owner, department, tags, and follow-up timeline.

COnnect and Telegram customer lists show owners, departments, customer activity, message counts, lifecycle labels, and follow-up records. This helps teams avoid customer context living only inside one employee's private chat.

03 / Approval gateway

High-risk menus, pages, and buttons can require temporary authorization.

When a rule is enabled, the user first sees a clear no-access prompt and chooses whether to apply. The request follows supervisor, security reviewer, and super administrator rules according to risk level, then creates a limited authorization credential.

04 / Account and device response

Handle risky accounts and devices with visible status and records.

Account banning, unblocking, device removal, remote wipe, sensitive-word handling, and risk logs follow one governance language, making incident response easier to explain and audit.

Operational risk control

Intercept risky communication before it becomes customer asset loss.

Define sensitive words and business rules according to your real operating policy. When employees communicate with customers, COnnect can detect risky content in real time and trigger warnings, blocking, account restrictions, and risk-log records.

Rules

Sensitive-word control

Create rules for private contact requests, unauthorized payment paths, customer list leakage, high-risk files, and other red lines.

Channels

Work Telegram scheduling

Employees do not need to hold the work Telegram account password. If risk appears, the account can be unbound quickly from the backend.

Account and device protection

Give employees secure access without giving away account control.

Each account can use Google Authenticator and an independent lock-screen PIN. Device management helps users review usage time, active IP, and location, while administrators can respond to device loss or incident risk with remote wipe.

2FA

Stronger login identity

Reduce account theft with Google Authenticator for administrators and supported user accounts.

PIN

Emergency local wipe

Repeated incorrect PIN attempts can erase local data and report incident signals for administrator follow-up.

Customer tags and journey management

Use labels, notes, and journeys to make customer conversations trackable.

COnnect can apply system labels based on activity and journey signals, while employees add labels and notes that synchronize to the admin backend. Managers can see each customer stage, owner, and next action.

System labels

Identify customer status automatically

Mark customers as recently active, high intent, at risk, or waiting for follow-up based on activity, silence days, intent signals, and journey state.

Employee notes

Keep team-visible customer context

Notes, preferences, key conversation details, and next steps synchronize to the backend so customer knowledge does not stay inside one private chat.

Current release

Customer governance + permissions + approval gateway

Departments, employee profiles, role permissions, organization data scope, approval rules, authorization credentials, and risk logs now work together as the enterprise governance baseline.

  1. Entry: Admin Console, under Organization & Permissions and Governance Configuration.
  2. Workflow: define departments and employees, assign roles and data scope, configure controlled menus/pages/buttons, then review requests from the authorization center or system messages.
  3. Important rule: role permission decides long-term access; approval gateway only adds temporary review for high-risk access.
Current capability set

Customer lifecycle, pending replies, and Telegram customer management

Managers can view COnnect and Telegram customers by owner, department, message activity, tags, and follow-up timeline. Employees can see pending-reply customers in App and PC Web when a customer message needs attention.

  1. Entry: Admin Console under User Center; App and PC Web show pending replies in the communication workspace.
  2. Workflow: customer messages are linked to owners, tags describe lifecycle or activity state, and follow-up events explain why the customer status changed.
  3. Important rule: muted conversations are excluded unless the customer explicitly mentions the employee.
Version 1.1.0

Subscription accounts, tasks, and intelligent service settings

Teams can publish subscription-account content, manage text-based intelligent service settings, create and track tasks, and review communication records with clearer admin-side operations.

  1. Entry: Subscription accounts, Intelligent Service, Task Management, and Channel Accounts in the Admin Console.
  2. Workflow: publish updates to subscribers, configure bot interfaces and credentials, turn chats into tasks, and manage Telegram channel accounts.
  3. Important rule: current public channel integration is Telegram; other channels are not advertised as live features.
